The Power of Community...

Since its founding over a century ago, MJSA (Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America) has followed the same mission:

To provide the knowledge, connections, and support needed by jewelry makers, designers, and related suppliers to achieve professional success.

Our alliance can trace its beginnings to a baseball game in the late 1800s, from which developed a social club of like-minded professionals engaged in the business of making and selling jewelry. More than 100 years later, MJSA is a diverse, international alliance of about 1,000 companies representing nearly 35,000 skilled workers. By tapping into the alliance's collective strength, we ensure that all members have the chance to rise and succeed.

What Makes MJSA Different?
Our Community and Our Team.

1. Our members range from some of the world’s biggest brands to up-and-coming artisans just beginning to make a name.

As a community, they share a passion for their craft, a desire to run thriving businesses, and a commitment to advancing the profession of jewelry making and design.

2. The MJSA team is made up of trained professionals who listen to our members' needs and deliver personalized solutions. By tapping into the community's accumulated expertise and harnessing its collective influence, we ensure our members are stronger together.

3. We also keep our members informed and connected. Through our publications and educational programs, our online and in-person shows and sales forums, and our best-in-class resources for jewelry-making supplies and services, we ensure our members remain in front of their customers and competitive.

4. By harnessing our community's strength, we also ensure our members have a voice. Today’s industry climate is filled with challenges: how to comply with shifting FTC regulations and industry standards, how to replenish and train the industry's workforce, and how to adapt to challenges that disrupt longstanding practices. The MJSA team works with members and other industry organizations to meet these challenges, ensure our community's needs are heard and addressed, and develop responses.
